2. Orders & Acceptance
All orders placed through our website, email, or any other communication channel are subject to acceptance by Print Mint. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders with incorrect pricing, artwork issues, or unavailable products.
3. Custom Printing & Artwork Approval
All products are custom-made based on customer-provided designs. Customers are responsible for ensuring that artwork, text, spelling, sizes, and colours are correct before final approval.
Once artwork is approved and printing has started, changes or cancellations are not possible.
4. Colour Accuracy
While we aim to achieve the closest possible colour match, exact colour reproduction cannot be guaranteed due to differences between screen displays (RGB) and printed materials (CMYK). Minor colour variations are considered acceptable and do not constitute a defect.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed. Bulk order pricing may vary based on quantity and specifications.
6. Turnaround Time
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as a guideline only. While we strive to meet deadlines, Print Mint is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
7. Delivery & Collection
We offer delivery services to ensure your order reaches you safely. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Print Mint will not be liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect details.

Orders can only be cancelled or modified if production has not yet started. Once printing begins, cancellations or changes are not possible.
10. Intellectual Property
By submitting designs or artwork, customers confirm that they own the rights or have permission to use the content. Print Mint is not responsible for copyright or trademark violations resulting from customer-provided materials.
11. Limitation of Liability
Print Mint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
